FREEDOM IS MY WORD FOR 2016.

 The first step to freedom for me is COMMITMENT.

That means a commitment to my life, my business & my relationships. To my soul tribe, my family & my partner and my friends.

Commitment has been something I’ve struggled with for many years. I have had a pattern of backing myself & putting myself out there then pulling back at the last minute. When I was younger is showed up by quitting, changing my mind suddenly. Then in enrolling in the perfect course, applying for the perfect job, travelling to the perfect country then never quite being satisfied, so I would retreat & settle for something less.  Something less than my soul desires.  I tell myself that & you don’t really need this, you don’t really want to go there, here is fine, this achievement is good enough.   But this comes with an inner knowing that something is not quite right.
My journey over the last few years has been epic. I have completely transformed my inner & outer worlds.  I have healed my very sad & rejected inner child.  I have cleared many outdated beliefs, I am aware of my old patterns of fear & how restricting they are.  I have overcome chronic pain syndrome.

Most importantly I have reconnected & realigned with my SOUL. This has given me a LIFE PURPOSE.

 This has exposed the darkness within me & dragged it to the surface it a very ugly, messy & heart-wrenching way.  It taught me to FEEL deeply in an emotional, physical & mental level. I have been no stranger to bouts of depression to social anxiety or to panic attacks. As I learnt to SURRENDER I was shown the LESSONS. As I learnt the lessons the intensity of the symptoms dissolved. The pain disappeared.

Everything in life is about BALANCE, its universal law that the perceived negatives and balanced by the perceived positives.

WHERE THERE’S DARKNESS THERE’S LIGHT.

Little did I know that the LIGHT needed an open heart to flood in.  My shattered little heart had to be cracked open, ripped out and kindly, lovingly & gently pieced back together. I had to learn to love the broken bits, the regrets, and all the mistakes I had made along the way. I had to learn to LOVE MYSELF as a whole. I had to learn to speak my truth, to accept those in my life for all that they are. I had to learn to trust myself, the universe & life itself.
Become conscious wasn’t always rainbows & butterflies. It didn’t always look like flowers in the hair & bare feet.

BUT IT LED ME TO FEELING DEEPLY AND LOVING OPENLY.  NOW I’M SEEKING TO FLOW FREELY.

To flow freely means, being abundant, nurturing my new but real relationship with my partner. It means honouring my soul & doing my soul work. It means going on adventures, travelling within. It means flowing with the ups & downs of life. It means being true to myself, loving myself, it means serving the souls that need my guidance. It means stepping up & out into this world and sharing the gifts I have been bestowed within me.
This year, it is my time to listen to & honour my soul’s work to support my soul tribe. This is now beyond me and a non-negotiable from my soul. I feel excited. I feel the fire in my belly. I feel like backing out & saying it’s too hard. But I have already learnt when it’s a non-negotiable it’s no use fighting it.
This is why I do what I do – because for 32 fucking years I just existed. This is heartbreaking in itself. I called myself a flat liner, a plain Jane. I lived the shadow of whoever I could find that would deliberately dim my light. I lived a mediocre life at best, which meant I had mediocre relationships & jobs. I refused to FEEL anything because I feared the pain, the heartache, the failure.

I DID NOT KNOW THE FULL POTENTIAL OF MY SOULS VISION.

 I did not know how to live with an open heart. I wasn’t aware of my divine feminine within. I did not know the power & beauty of my light.

But now I have been given a glimpse of this  LIGHT of my SOUL. She is oh so bright & extraordinary. She is a teacher, a guide & a goddess. She is ready to be seen in all her glory.
It is my soul’s work to share my extraordinary journey so that my soul clients KNOW they too have the POWER WITHIN to create an extraordinary life.  It is my gift to transform the lives of women by inspiring them to feel deeply, love openly & flow freely.

Now it’s not possible to turn back, to pull out or to give up.

NOW IS THE TIME TO SHINE BRIGHTLY.
